Products can be returned within 7 days of delivery if they are unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging. Items that show signs of wear or damage will not be accepted for return.
To request a return, please email us at info@padmavatibrothers.com with your order number, reason for return, and product details. Once approved, you will receive instructions on how to ship the item back. Return shipping costs are borne by the customer unless the return is due to our error.
Refunds will be processed once we receive and inspect the returned item. Refunds are credited to the original payment method within 7–10 business days. Please note that shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order, provided they have not yet been shipped. Once shipped, the order cannot be cancelled but may be eligible for return as per our return policy.
Products may be exchanged for a different size or design (if available). Exchanges are processed only after the original item is returned and inspected.
For hygiene and safety reasons, certain jewelry items (like earrings) may not be eligible for return or exchange. Custom-made or personalized items are also non-returnable.
If you receive a defective or damaged product, contact us immediately with photographs. We will arrange a replacement or issue a full refund at no additional cost. Claims must be raised within 48 hours of delivery.
